First of all...WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN???

We all thought you fell down a well and somehow crushed all your fingers so you can't type, or work a mouse...

Uhm...I don't have a fix for you but I noticed that after having a new processor my computer is much happier when loading things.

Maybe the summer heat it getting to it. Our set-ups are very similar and the heat just murders my system during the summer.

amd64 3400 should work...I don't know enough about computers to tell you why you might be getting so much lag. I'd look at doing a disk frag. Lookie around the forums on tweaking your pc to get the most out of it...its around here somewhere...
