Already saw the pizza burger on the forum and since I know a bunch of you like food/like to cook, I'd post one of my favorite (and super easy) recipes. For the quick and easy version, scroll below the initial recipe.

Baked Chicken Parmesan (Serves 4)

Ingredients:
2 cups breadcrumbs (regular or seasoned)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 (3 ounce) can french fried onion rings, crushed
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9x13 baking dish with foil.

Combine first four ingredients in a shallow dish and mix thoroughly.

Melt butter in saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Remove from
heat. Stir in Worchestershire sauce and mustard. Dip chicken in butter and then breadcrumbs,
coating well. Arrange in dish. Pour remaining butter mixture over chicken.

Bake until chicken tests done. (aprox. 50-60 minutes)

Quick and Easy version:
All you need for this one is the chicken, bread crumbs, parm cheese, french fried onion rings and butter...

Combine bread crumbs, parm cheese and onion rings in a mixing bowl. Place chicken in 9x13 pan. Cover the chicken with the bread crumbs, etc mixture. Drizzle with butter. Bake.

Enjoy!
