I was playing today and the server crashed 2 times in 30 min!!!!! (And my pizza was not free)

Take it to the EA forums its not like they give a fuck anyways. i guess you guys will just have to wait for another month for a new patch that will fix SOME old bugs and it will address newer 1s.

Cut that beta test bullshit. The game fucking works. When I compare the full release of BF2 with that Vista Beta I tested, the Vista Beta was in much worse shape. The monitor flickered continuously and randomly, the video drivers didn't quite work properly and wouldn't let me make many changes. The sound drivers told me that the drivers were meant for Windows Vista and that my installation was incompatible. It also wouldn't let me run my old XP XP pro dual boot setup, corrupting both installations before it corrupted itself. BF2 is not a beta, and was far from it. Even when a beta for BF2 was released, it wasn't problematic. It was a little slow with the menus and browsers, sure, but nothing was nearly as bad as my experience with that Vista beta. My drives remained intact and I didn't even need to update my video drivers to run it. If you think this is a beta, get a Vista beta running with Windows XP Pro and XP x64 running in triple boot stable with sound video and full functionality on all operating systems. Then I might let you say it's a beta. 'Till then, BF2 is fully operational and is far from a beta.

You are a n00b. Everything works! It doesn't matter if there's a glitch or two here or there, it FUCKING WORKS! That's the point. The beta doesn't always work. The beta destroys things in it's path. BF2 has yet to destroy anything of mine, except maybe my social life, which has nothing to do with how well it was programmed. Face it, in this battle right here, Eric, you stand a whelk's chance in a supernova. BF2 isn't a beta.

My ass. You can compare apples to oranges. Oranges are a bit more juicy and have a sharper taste. Apples are more sweet and are very crisp and firm. Kinda the way I like my boobies . Anyway, I'm gonna kick Creative's ass for putting out drivers that didn't work. Could be worse I guess. On another note, my new Zalman VF-900 arrived, and is installed and fully operational. I only regret that I won't be able to check temps and test some overclocks until tomorrow. Cest la vie....

VF900 works the charm. The adjustable fan speed controller is the shit.
