I would like to appeal my BAN in your server today 64.34.211.171

I was banned by MOAB 007 for Disrespecting Admin. I was shocked as My Clan also has a server and we strictly adhere to our Scrolling Messages - as I would suppose you did to.

I was trying to grab his weapon and it probably appeared that I T-BAG'd him. However, if that is a rule violation - you have a rule #5 you will recieve 1 warning.

You can check the chat logs - there were no warnings, 8 of my m8's were in there and they probably said some stupid crap - and for that I appoligize on their behalf. They were just reacting to what we all felt was an unjust ban. I would like to hope that it was a passion of the moment thing - as I was cutting it up defending plaza.

I respectfully ask that I be given that warning - please unbann me - I enjoy your server as well as my squad does as well.

I was also in that server and at no time do I ever recall SPQR saying anything like that. My response to you is this, at no time or in any of SPQR's post did he mention that PS 4 was ever used to edit a picture. Yet you know for sure and even claim it in your own statement, which leads me to believe that maybe you might have or know who did DR those photos. I look at those photos and I can definately tell that there is something fishy with them. Having been a gamer for a very long time I have come to know that photo's can be Dr'd and since you claim that battle recorder works on your server. I don't think it's to much to ask to post the video of it.

I'm pretty sure I know why he got banned. Couldn't have been because most of 007's teammates couldn't stand losing and starting yelling hacks during the game. That should even be recorded in the log etc. I don't think it's SPQR's ego that needs to be checked. 007 wasn't doing bad, but he did have bad teammates which resulted in his side losing. I can't remember which one of his teammates it was, but I killed a guy in the tv station with a svd at close range and he called me a hack. Some of my squadmates even commented on him calling me a hack. I found it very funny because I don't even play this game that much and I got called a hack.

I think SPQR has made a valid point in his request, which is post the video. But that would eliminate this drama, and lord knows, some people need drama.

I was not saying 007 used PHOTOSHOP 4.0, I was saying that 007 would not take the time to Photoshop (doctored) four pictures to prove that your guy was wall glitching.

I don't care how he was banned. He was wall hacking/glitching and 007 was right to ban him. It's very simple. The pictures that we have prove it. If his feeling were hurt, stop wall glitching.

We don't allow wall glitching either, nor do we condone cheating of any kind. Your right, it is your server, and you have all the rights to make any decision you want. I know what was said to us and the reason given in the game that he was banned for.

Being a recipient of a Dr'd photo before in the past in another game, DFLW, which the person posting admitted it was Dr'd, always makes me leary of any photo being posted. That's one of my reasons for asking for the video.

I'm not here to harass anyone or get into a name calling (pissing contest) debate with anyone. Thus my reasoning for asking for the battle recorder footage.

I honesty dont - and would never call someone those names that are coming in this thread - I know I am legit and trying to clear my name... Why would a guilty person profess their innocence - if there is clear proof?

I know I was correct in not being a wall hack - I don't even say that your are to blame - I play often in LGN, BFS and they know me - and know that I am a legit player, countless others can attest the same.

I encourage you to squad up with me - you will find me to be a leader in everyway - supportive, I encourage and use VOIP all time.

Furthermore, There has been threads on EA showing that stats have been erased.. I know of 1 player RACERX79 on the BFS squad that have 3 names mimiking his name on BF2Player.com.

When I say these are not legit screen shots - I am saying there has been alot of fishy stuff in EA. I say there are a lot of reasons that you have those - but none of those have anything to do with me, my squads.

I can assure you that SPQR doesn't hack. But I understand that you don't have to believe him or me on this matter. What we are going to do is see if the area that he was fighting at, which you can tell someone is shooting at someone, might be an area that you can slip into a wall and not realize it. It might be a game glitch or something. Which if 007 saw that, then he has every right to say something.

Now just to figure out exactly where on the map that was taken at. In the heat of battle people move in all sorts of directions to keep from getting hit. Some people bunny hop, some dolphin dive, me, I go prone and take my shots to the head. Apparently from those pics, he stands up and shoots.

I'd like to get this matter cleared up because I for one enjoy playing in that server. I ping it low and have always had a good time in there.

I know that no one from moab has to help, but I'm sure no one knows that map better than you all do. I'm not for sure how this wall glitch thing works at all so I'm asking if we, SPQR and I may join you in trying to figure this thing out, so that we can all have a better understanding of it.

You are all welcome on the server except for SPQR. Just because 1 person in your clan wall glitches dont mean that you all do.

SPQR has almost 1500 hours in the game and he is acting like wall glitching is something new and had no idea that you could do that...

Hacking and wall glitching are two different things, lets clear that up right now. hacking is using additional software to give advatages as in aim bot, wall hacking (seeing you opponent on other sides of buildings), no fog, commander hack, and so on. Wall glitching is using vulnerable spots in texture design by the programmers of a game to gain advantage. As in warlord there are a few spots such as these where you can "glitch " or "wall hack" your way into a building, fire out of the building to get kills within the safety of the walls. #1 kit to do this with is Assault. Grappling hook has to be used. There is no accidental slipping into a building. Its only done with intetional use of the grapling hook by throwing it at certain walls throughout the map to gain access.

Let him deny all that he wants to you that he wasnt doing anything wrong but the fact is, he was in the wall, he was caught, he was banned. Simple. When connecting to our server, it states clearly and in bold print "WALL GLITCHERS WILL BE BANNED INSTANTLY". 99.9% of all people banned from our server are for this reason and this reason alone. He failed to follow that rule and was punished accordingly. Right now he is just trying to save face with his own clan and deny any knowledge of being in a wall. Its like "The wall glitch fairy came down and glitched him while he was in the bathroom". He was caught and needs to man up to it and take responsiblity for his actions.

We understand that he is a clanmate/friend but you yourself need to open your eyes. Ive been through the same thing with a long time member that was a friend in real life. everyone said he was a hacker/glitcher but I didnt want to believe it and defended him like there was no tommorrow. But in the end I was burned. He was a hacking piece of shit and was removed instantly from our clan. Shit happens, Hackers and glitchers are people we call clanmates/friends.

We are not here to have "bad blood" between clans. We, as in all BF2 clans are a struggling community. But fair play is fair play. No one deserves or has the right to an advantage over any one else.

You seem to alude the facts- We have 4 screen shots of you from different angles of you IN THE WALL at hideout. That's all the facts I or 007 needs to ban you.

And most of MOAB would not want to play on the same server with you, let alone your squad seeing that you are a wall glitcher.



I didn't have a chance to get to the FTP server before it was over written. We used to only store the last 5 games, now that has been changed to store more games. But we still have the screen shots of you in the wall, glitching.

You are right, there will be no appology from me. I did used to play those games, Top 50 in DFLW and TFD and GOA 3 times in BHD. And don't make me make a fool of yourself here in front of everyone. On my OLD system that is currently in my basement I have a massive database on my harddrive of cheaters I have caught, all with screenshots... How embarrassed would you be if i hooked the system back up and pulled up your name and posted all my info including names linked to your accounts aswell as screenshots of you sitting inside of the walls on Dark City and Rumble Town.

Now SPQR, if you played aswell, which I think you did, because your name is familiar, I am very disappointed as I know for a fact I never had any screenshots or names or anything linked to you.
