well seems my trouble with vertilo is my sound card, can anyone recommend a good card ?

anyone tried these :Creative 70SB046A00000 7.1 Channels 24-bit 192KHz PCI Interface Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Professional Series .

nope , I persoanlly stay away from the Fatal1ty series alltogether. his stuff is usually bulkier and alot more expesve then need be

here is basically the identical card but without the "fata1ty" name drop on it for about 90 bucks. just about 45 cheaper also http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/se...2&body=MAIN I had the same card up till about 4 months ago till i got my new card. worked perfect for me. but one thing, cheap headsets and speakers will not cut it with this card. you need to have nice speakers for you to maximize performance from this card.
