Well to start off i have been reading the all hype about the mods for bf2 please someone help me out and briefly explain what the mod does?

If i install the mod will i still be able to play bf2 normally, i need to know before i go any further.

A mod is basically a modification for BF2, hence the name mod. There is quite a few Mod developers for BF2 such as, Black Sand Studios, Sir Community, and others.

Modding communities Make mods for the people who play BF2 that would like to play something diffrent other than the same BF2.

They have alot of mods released and some that are still being worked on. It will not effect BF2, you'll still be able to play BF2 normally.

Personally, I'm a big mod player for BF2.

a real cool mod i just downloaded was Nations at War. It a very big mod, big meaning file size, but i think its worth it.

Thanks for the info, it was useful I downloaded Naw with map packs 3 & 4 ,also download the Mercenaries mod and Air maps along with bf2 stunts mod 1.5

anyone see the mod that has a jet with 2 tanks under the wings? friggin loopy looking mod... no clue what the name is or where I saw it...
