I got this from Drake today:
QUOTE
Fish, you guys have been really cool to hang out with and all, I have never had any quams with anyone on the team and have had some really great times....
There are just some things in my personal life that have to come first right now. I hope you and everyone else understands this and respects my decision. I have quit playing BF2. I know you guys want to keep my account around, I understand that and I understand why. I have been a mainstay with this team since I joined and I realize how the morale will be affected.
If you want to post this in the forums to help better explain what has happened you may do so.

Well, I can understand how life gets in the way. It's the main reason why I don't play during the week. Hell, I haven't played at all this whole month! I'll get back into it sometime.
Hey Drake, if you happen to read this, I wouldn't just quit. Consider it to be like your prized old car that you just can't spend time and money on right now. Put it up on blocks and leave it for later. You can do the same thing with the game. The main thing that keeps me coming back to MOAB is that they don't require anyone to play a certain amount in order to be part of the team. You need time off? Just do it. Drop into the forums or Vent once in a while, say hello, and don't worry about it. You're always welcome back whenever you're ready. At least, that's the way I think it should be.

wow, all the best to you Drake. This is only a silly game so not worry about needing to take time off. Family and real life come first.
As others have said, drop in every once-in-awhile if possible.

Wow. That was my post deployment freak-out. What the hell was I thinking?
I'm still around, can't play or get on vent as much as I would really like to. After going through all these pages of threads I realized I really missed you guys. *pats fish on the ass* good game, good game... (no homo)
