The new patch has made airvehicles weaker, owning the n00b tuber more easy and made the chopper the weakest... But besides that, EA is rushing to make a 1.21 patch to fix a problem with the new release. They didn't describe it in the message boards or the note on their webpage. Anybody know what went wrong? And I hope they give choppers a little more power, on maps like wake island the cobra is at a loss trying to cross the open ocean with no pilots on USMC. The only map where the chopper can be considered overpowered is on Sharqi Peninsula, and those IGLA's are still a bit too accurate. At the same time, the missiles are more retarded than ever. I was tailing a j-10 and there was a j-10 behind me. My missiles veer off and kill my teammate in the nearby chopper, but that j-10 behind me hits every shott, with his chopper just to the side and a teammate of his infront of me. WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!

EA/DICE made the planes weaker for 2 reasons and these are true

Aguy named |CCC||PlaneWhore has mastered every little aspect of aviation in bf2 from missle lock too getting into single boom mode and yes there is such a thing as single boom mode, it is were you only drop 1 boom in the fighter jet and not our whole load

I have figured out how to get into single boom mode too, there are many advatages for single boom mode. 1 is when you drop your whole load 1 boom will fall infront of the target and the oher behind it making you miss your target .....sounds about right???

were appose to single oom were your boom you drop hits directly on the top of any ground target if timed right and yes a single boom can take out a full heath tank no problems.

And reason 2 for ea making aa/plane missles stronger is that they had far to many complaints from fuckin privets through sergents that they cant take down the guys that go 60+/0 so ea felt this was a unbalence in the game

Now any1 who wants to fly Has more of a chance, It does not take skill anymore to fly planes

I was flying the f35 on gulf in a 64 man pub and a corporal had the mig the f35 sucks compared to he mig anyways this guy would fly with his missles on all the ime fallowing you so he would always have the missle lock so that tells me to flare he unloads all 6 missles i flared went straight up 1000+ alttitude<<< this is posable and no missle lock then and as i was diving bck down a missle out of no were hits me ????????? I mean come on after 1000 feet you loss missle lock so thats telling me that lone missle fallowed me from the mec airfield to the us carrier.

I am unable to get past 45/6 now in a plane unless i camp other temas airfield but on most servers i am banned from doing that I was banned from a server for being a vehicle whore

The patch is to fix fishes problems with the video card, make it so sniper can only have 2 claymores at a time(:-(), make it so you can brose by map name, fixed a crash bug with the tow humvee and fixed screen captures, those will work too when the new patch comes out. Helicopters still pwn with the tvg, epecially on chopper only maps.

choppers do still own but i wish the range was a lil longer on the tv, all too often my missile blows up feet before impact, and now you cant chase down the jets half as good with it
