But I do have final say on any type of clan matter issues so I am the man!!!. This is how it is and has always been since day one. I placed Sub in charge of The Bf2 cal team just for the reason that I have way tooo much to do as it is.

Managing 4 gaming servers a ftp a web site and a ventrilo, making payments and forcing our disfunctional family to work(and actually getting some trigger time in), doesnt leave me much time to manage divisions. No i dont need any help in any of these areas, so if something is fucked up its all on me.

This is the main and only reason why I have a team manager for each division, for help in the area that can be controlled by another that I trust..with large clans with cross gaming there will always be arguments of petty bullshit that just goes on and on and on, its just a fact. Feelings and pride get hurt, shit happens.

Ive been running a clan since late 1998 (while some of you were still dancing around singing the damn Barney theme song in your power-ranger pj's) so I've been there done that seen that and heard that all b4. In the very near future there will be a 1.6 cs division starting and im sure everyone isnt going to play nice with all of those new members, but its just how it happens.

Im not singling any one person/persons out in this little speech but just giving the opportunity to all to read and actually just understand that there will always be a shit talker amongst us!!!! There is always atleast one in a clan and we have a few lol!!
